Organizer Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and truthful event information.

  • Maintain all required permits, licenses, insurance, and legal authority to operate your events.

  • Clearly disclose fees, policies, and expectations to vendors.

  • Promptly update event status (including cancellations or reschedules).

  • Operate events professionally, ethically, and in good faith.

  • Maintain a reasonably safe environment for vendors and attendees.

Zero-Tolerance Fraud Policy

Opdolow maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy for scams or misrepresentation.

If an event is determined, at Opdolow’s sole discretion, to be fraudulent or deceptive:

  • Your account will be immediately terminated.

  • Access to the Platform will be revoked.

  • No refunds will be issued.

Code of Conduct

You agree to:

  • Act with honesty, integrity, and professionalism.

  • Treat vendors and users with respect and without discrimination.

  • Avoid deceptive practices or manipulation of ratings or listings.

  • Use the Platform only for its intended purpose.

Violation may result in suspension or permanent removal.

Intellectual Property & Non-Compete

You agree not to copy, replicate, reverse-engineer, or use Opdolow’s systems, vendor data, or platform structure to build or promote a competing marketplace platform.

Independent Responsibility

You acknowledge that you operate as an independent business and are solely responsible for your events.
